Description
Using power adders like forced induction or high compression pistons is not the only way to make your car faster. Making your engine more efficient by reducing reciprocating mass frees up power that was previously being wasted turning heavier parts. Switching to a lightweight flywheel is the most drastic improvements you can make to reciprocating mass reduction on your engine. This weight reduction of rotating parts allows the engine to rev up faster and more easily, allowing the power that was previously being wasted, make your car faster.
The ST flywheel is recommended for naturally aspirated and/or street driven applications.
This flywheel will work with ALL performance and stock clutch assemblies.
Qualities of the CCI Lightweight Steel Flywheel:
- Preserves low end torque and drive ability
- One piece ring gear for high durability
- Well suited for Stage 1 and Stage 2 clutch kit applications
- Stamped with 4140 plate with 2000 ton pressure at 1260 degrees
- CNC machined and balanced to O.E. specifications
