Hyundai 09-11 Genesis Sedan 3.8L V6 HPS 4-Ply Reinforced High Temp Black Silicone Air Intake Kit replaces the Genesis Sedan 3.8L V6 stock OEM restrictive air box with high temp reinforced silicon material. HPS silicone hoses improve air flow and throttle response, and minimize the amount of heat soak. The included K&N High-Flow conical air filter designed to provide increased surface area and dust capacity compare to the OEM panel filter. This extra surface area provides even more airflow at lower restriction than a standard replacement filter that is limited to the size of the factory air box. The oversize air filter also captures more dirt increasing the service life before a cleaning is required (up to 100,000 miles). Without any re-tuning, the HPS silicone post MAF air intake tube with K&N performance air filter delivers dyno-proven performance gains. This silicone intake kit does NOT trigger check engine light. Installation time is approx. 45 minutes. No modification is required.
