Magnus Billet VR38 Race Intake Manifold 18 Injector Nissan GTR GT-R R35 2009+ VR38DETT

The Billet 18 injector Manifold was developed while we were campaigning the world record EKanoo racing R35 GTR 2015 – 2017 Seasons of the BDRC, where the car was half a second ahead of its competitors at the time, producing well over 2600 hp. Fuel demands and airflow requirements reaching over 90 psi of boost pressure began to show uneven cylinder distribution in other manifolds. Using the same CFD technology and over 20 years experience in designing intake manifolds with less than 1 percent differentiation between cylinders, we were able to apply this knowledge to develop the absolute best flowing intake manifold on the market. While in design we addressed the fuel demand issue and made a -10 fuel rail that was adequate to flow over 25,000 cc/min of fuel, while again running through complex CFD simulations. The fuel rail was carefully modeled to not have fuel starvation or pulsation issues as with current -6 fuel rails. High Flow injectors required a redesign of the rail which was scaled up to run -10 to accommodate up to a 4000hp fuel system. Currently this intake manifold has proven itself to be able to run over 214 mph and produce a record shattering 2700hp on the chassis dyno of T1 racing development.
