Returns / Cancellations / Warranty

Returns are accepted on brand new (uninstalled) items in their original packaging up to 30 days after delivery in exchange for merchandise credit. Exchanges (piston size, compression ratio, etc) are subject to a restocking fee depending on part number and Manufacturer.

How to reqest a return:

1. Contact your Real Street Sales Person or Sales@RealStreetPerformance.com to request your return/exchange.
2. We will supply you with a Return Authorization Form that will need to be included inside the package with the parts.
3. To avoid a restocking fee, the packaging will need to be in as-new condition (no greasy fingerprints on piston boxes, torn packaging, etc).
4. No tape or shipping labels are to be applied directly to the manufacturer packaging. The parts being returned will need to be shipped back within another box that has the label on it.

Electronic items that come sealed from the manufacturer cannot be returned unless the factory seal is intact and the item has never been opened.
Items labeled "Call" are special order and cannot be canceled or returned.

We will reach out to you to arrange a refund or exchange once your return is received and processed. Forgetting to include the Return Authorization form with the parts could delay the processing of your return so please remember it and we will process your return as quickly as possible!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of an existing order is subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Items labeled "Call" are special order and cannot be canceled or returned.

WARRANTY POLICY

Real Street Performance will warranty any Real Street labeled parts for 1 year for manufacturer defect. All other parts are warrantied directly through the manufacturer so refer to the manufacturer website for warranty information.
