SpeedFactory Honda B Series AWD Billet Aluminum Transfer Case

After a full year of development, testing, and refining the SpeedFactory AWD B-Series Billet Transfer Case is now available to the public!

Machined from a Solid 7075-T6 Aluminum Billet, our design is massively stronger than the weak cast OEM case and ~85% stronger than the typically used 6061-T6.

 A unique design feature is a large diameter 4-bolt inspection cover to allow quick and easy on-car inspection as well as facilitate ease of use during assembly.

Each housing is also supplied with a solid titanium dowel pin (say goodbye to bent/crushed OEM dowels due to transfer case rotation) and x4 identical length flange bolts for mounting that precisely locate the body along with the dowel pin to stop rotation under hard drag launches and eliminate the need for a trans to block brace.

Each housing goes through a rigorous 15-point QC checklist to ensure you don’t run into any issues during assembly with bearing tolerances, tapped holes, or part fitment/interference.  O-rings, output shaft seal, and bolts are included.

NOTE: Requires assembly and shimming to OEM specifications. It is recommended that you have the assembly & installation performed by a reputable specialist. Compatible with all currently known B-Series transfer drive & hypoid gear sets.
