We manufacture our racing valves using only the highest quality materials available. We have spent countless hours studying these different materials as well as you applications to create just the right valve. Because of thermal fatigue the proper choice of material will greatly determine the valve performance and reliability. Supertech relentlessly test new materials to provide valves with unsurpassed fatigue resistance.

Our intake valves are made exclusively from an enhanced versions of EV8 (21-4N) steel. This is the highest grade of steel available and provides the strength to withstand just about any application. Some applications call for us to harden certain areas such as the tips and or the seats. For these applications we will often times weld other hard metal alloys to the valve for increased durability.

The Inconel exhaust valves are a nickel base super alloy material that are used for exhaust valves in engines that reach very high temperatures, such as applications with turbo and superchargers.
