Description

The BC stroker kit for the Polaris XP Turbo engine platform incorporates a 75mm (+7mm) stroke in the OEM 270° crank pin configuration. Depending on bore size that you decide, the BC 75mm stroke with 993mm bore and you're at 1019cc, or the big daddy 75mm x 98mm = 1131.5cc. As usual, each BC kit features your choice of custom CP, JE or BME aluminum forged pistons, 5100 series wrist pins (9310 pin with DLC coating available upon request for big HP applications), locks and complete ring pack. Available in any desired bore and compression ratio.

BC 4340 steel billet crankshaft (75mm stroke) w/OEM 270° crank pin.
BC 4340 steel Pro625+ connecting rods.
CP, JE or BME aluminum forged pistons (any bore size, any compression ratio).
5100 Series carbon steel alloy wrist pins. 9310 Series pin upgrade available.
Ductile iron plasma top rings, tapered second ring, low tension oil rings.
Fully system balanced and ready to install.
