DSS 900HP Level 2 Front Axles Quaife ATB Helical LSD Front & Center Differentials Evo 7 8 9 5spd

These Level 2 Front axles are for the Evo 7 VII / 8 VIII / 9 IX for 5 speed manual. The Level 2 axles for the Evo feature aerospace grade 32 spline, up from the factory 30 spline, torsional axle bars with our special double temper process, billet inner and outer CV's and is a direct bolt-in to the factory hubs. These axles are complete and ready to install. 

This differential is for Non-ACD Evo models.  Evo 4 5 6 models are Non-ACD. USDM Evo 8 is Non-ACD only from 2003 to 2004 model years. USDM Evo 8 9 from 2005-2006 requires some machine work to Quaife differential for proper fitment.

Note: Mitsubishi made 3 cone sizes for the non-ACD models, one is a direct fit, one requires to be machined at one end, and one requires to be machined at both ends. It is impossible to tell if the Quaife differential is a direct fit until the transfer case (front differential) is opened.
